ChatbotCard User-Generated Content Policy

This User-Generated Content ("UGC") Policy governs all content submitted, uploaded, posted, stored, or shared through ChatbotCard, including AI knowledge bases, PDFs, images, videos, logos, profile information, product descriptions, testimonials, conversations, reviews, and other materials.

1. Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload. By submitting content, you grant Nyla Technologies LLC a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content solely as necessary to provide, secure, improve, and support the ChatbotCard Services.

2. Your Responsibilities

Only upload content you own or are legally authorized to use.
Ensure your content is accurate and does not violate applicable laws.
Keep your AI knowledge base and business information current.
Obtain any required permissions from third parties appearing in your content.

3. Prohibited Content

Copyright-infringing material.
Defamatory, obscene, hateful, or abusive content.
Fraudulent or misleading information.
Malware, malicious code, or harmful files.
Content that violates privacy or publicity rights.
Illegal products or unlawful activities.

4. AI Processing

Uploaded content may be analyzed and processed by ChatbotCard and authorized AI providers to generate AI responses, improve functionality, and operate your AI assistant.

5. Monitoring & Removal

We are not obligated to monitor all user content; however, we reserve the right to review, remove, disable, or restrict content that violates our policies, infringes intellectual property rights, creates security risks, or violates applicable law.

6. No Endorsement

User-generated content represents the views of its respective creators and does not necessarily reflect the views or endorsements of Nyla Technologies LLC or ChatbotCard.
