ChatbotCard SMS Communications (TCPA) Policy

This policy explains how ChatbotCard and Nyla Technologies LLC use SMS/text messaging and our commitment to complying with the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other applicable messaging laws.

1. Consent

Marketing or informational text messages are sent only when appropriate consent has been obtained or another lawful basis applies. By providing a mobile phone number, you represent that you are authorized to receive messages at that number.

Account verification and security codes
Card activation notifications
Appointment and event reminders
Order and shipping updates
Customer support communications
Marketing messages (where consent has been provided)

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your account activity, purchases, subscriptions, and communication preferences.

4. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. ChatbotCard is not responsible for carrier charges.

5. Opt-Out

You may opt out of promotional SMS messages at any time by following the instructions in the message, such as replying STOP, or by contacting us. Transactional and security-related messages may still be sent when necessary to provide the Services.

6. Supported Carriers

SMS delivery depends on your mobile carrier and device. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed or unavailable in certain circumstances.
