This Limitation of Liability applies to all ChatbotCard products, software, AI services, NFC cards, QR code services, websites, mobile experiences, and related services provided by Nyla Technologies LLC.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nyla Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or loss of data.
You acknowledge that internet services, AI technologies, cloud platforms, and third-party providers may experience interruptions, inaccuracies, delays, outages, or security incidents. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
Except where prohibited by law, the total aggregate liability of Nyla Technologies LLC for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $100.
We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, services, or failures of third-party providers including payment processors, AI providers, hosting companies, email providers, SMS providers, carriers, or device manufacturers.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations. In those jurisdictions, portions of this policy may not apply to the extent prohibited by law.
