ChatbotCard Intellectual Property Ownership Policy

This policy explains ownership of intellectual property associated with the ChatbotCard platform and the content uploaded by customers.

1. ChatbotCard Intellectual Property

All ChatbotCard software, source code, databases, APIs, AI workflows, user interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, documentation, designs, and website content are owned by Nyla Technologies LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

2. Customer Content

You retain ownership of the business information, logos, images, PDFs, videos, websites, AI knowledge bases, and other materials that you upload. You grant ChatbotCard a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and use that content solely to provide the Services.

3. AI-Generated Output

Subject to applicable law and third-party AI provider terms, you may generally use AI-generated output created through your account. You remain responsible for reviewing that output and ensuring it does not infringe the rights of others.

4. Restrictions

No reverse engineering of the platform except where permitted by law.
No copying, reselling, or redistributing proprietary ChatbotCard software without written permission.
No removal of copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

5. Trademark Usage

"ChatbotCard" and associated branding are trademarks of Nyla Technologies LLC and may not be used in a manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent.

6. Infringement Claims

Claims of intellectual property infringement should be submitted in accordance with our Copyright & DMCA Policy.
