2. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You represent that you own or have permission to use all uploaded text, images, videos, logos, PDFs, knowledge bases, trademarks, and other materials.

3. Copyright Infringement

If you believe copyrighted material has been used on ChatbotCard without authorization, you may submit a written DMCA notice.

5. Counter Notification

If your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter notification in accordance with applicable copyright law.

6. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
