ChatbotCard is intended for business professionals and organizations. Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

1. No Intended Use by Children

Our websites, AI services, NFC products, digital business cards, and related services are designed for adults and business users, not for children under 13 years of age.

2. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

Names or contact information from children under 13
Email addresses belonging to children under 13
Phone numbers or location information from children under 13
Any other personal information knowingly collected from children under 13

3. Parental Requests

If a parent or legal guardian believes that a child under 13 has provided personal information through ChatbotCard, they may contact us to request review or deletion of that information.

4. Account Holder Responsibility

Business customers using ChatbotCard are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with applicable privacy laws, including COPPA where relevant.

5. Removal of Information

If we become aware that we have knowingly collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

6. Policy Updates

We may update this policy periodically to reflect legal, operational, or technological changes.
