Artificial intelligence can occasionally generate responses that appear convincing but contain inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, fabricated, or misleading information. These responses are commonly referred to as "AI hallucinations."

1. No Guarantee of Accuracy

ChatbotCard does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, legality, or suitability of AI-generated responses.

2. Customer Responsibility

Account owners are responsible for reviewing and maintaining the information used to train their AI assistants. Incorrect or outdated source material may result in incorrect responses.

3. Visitor Responsibility

Visitors should independently verify important information before relying on AI-generated answers, especially regarding pricing, legal matters, medical information, financial decisions, contracts, technical specifications, or regulatory compliance.

4. Continuous Improvement

We continually improve the platform, but hallucinations and factual errors cannot be completely eliminated from current AI technology.

5. No Professional Advice

AI responses should never be considered legal, medical, accounting, engineering, tax, investment, or other licensed professional advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nyla Technologies LLC shall not be liable for losses or damages arising from reliance upon AI-generated content, including hallucinations or factual inaccuracies.
