ChatbotCard Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules for using the ChatbotCard platform, AI services, NFC products, websites, and related services. By using ChatbotCard, you agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Permitted Uses

You may use ChatbotCard for lawful business, networking, marketing, customer engagement, lead generation, and related professional purposes consistent with these policies.

2. Prohibited Activities

Violating any applicable law or regulation.
Uploading malicious software, ransomware, viruses, or harmful code.
Attempting unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
Sending spam, phishing messages, or deceptive communications.
Using AI features to facilitate fraud, impersonation, or illegal activity.
Uploading copyrighted content without authorization.
Harassing, threatening, or abusing others.
Interfering with the operation or security of the Services.

3. AI Usage

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated responses before sharing or relying on them. You must not use ChatbotCard to generate unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or misleading content.

4. Uploaded Content

You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload all documents, PDFs, images, videos, logos, trademarks, and other content used within your ChatbotCard account.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate this Policy, with or without prior notice, where permitted by law.

6. Reporting Abuse

If you believe the Services are being misused, please contact us at hello@chatbotcard.com with relevant details.

7. Changes

We may revise this Policy periodically. Continued use of the Services after revisions become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
